Companions & chat
What does Swipey AI do?
It provides adult fictional companions for character conversations and supported media interactions. Choose a profile or design one; the responses are generated by AI, including for creator-associated personas.
Am I talking to a real person on Swipey AI?
No. A companion generates replies through AI. A creator-linked persona is not that person answering privately, and the service does not arrange offline dates.
How do I start a companion conversation?
Choose a profile for its personality, introduce a topic or scene and continue through your messages. History stays with the chat; Premium adds Memories and relationship progression.
What can I choose for a Custom AI?
Select realistic or anime presentation, adult appearance, a personality, occupation, voice and an opening situation. Building the design is distinct from full Custom AI chat, which needs Premium.
Does uncensored chat remove every restriction?
No. Adult roleplay remains subject to age, consent and prohibited-content rules. Required checks and moderation cannot be disabled through a character setting.
How can I test whether the chatbot suits me?
Use a profile you like, ask a follow-up and return to an earlier detail. Assess tone and consistency, then check the access and media costs for the features you intend to keep using.
What should I compare between Swipey AI and Candy AI?
Look at the character settings, an actual conversation and the image, voice or video task you need. Then compare included access, upfront payments and separate currency costs.

Images, video & voice
Which NSFW formats does Swipey support?
The service supports adult fictional conversation, pictures and video within its rules. You must be 18 or over. Premium requirements and Hearts charges vary with the selected action.
Does a free Swipey account include every video?
No. Video access and generation have their own requirements. Full Show needs Premium and scene extensions can spend Hearts, so review the control before confirming.
Is a video automatically available as a GIF?
No. The item must offer the relevant format or download control. Playing a clip does not establish that a GIF export is included.
How can I request a companion picture?
Ask in the character conversation or use the image Generator for a composition. Realistic and anime styles are available. Adult image generation requires Premium and can spend Hearts.
How far can a video scene be extended?
The stages are 5, 10, 20, 30 and 60 seconds. Show More continues a scene, while Full Show is the Premium full-scene control. Extensions can have a Hearts cost.
How do live companion voice calls work?
Open the phone control in a companion chat using Premium. Review the Hearts-per-minute rate, allow microphone access when calling and use the selected character voice.
Plans & payments
How do I decide whether Premium is worth paying for?
Match your expected use to the complete plan payment and any Hearts needed for media or calls. Trying the character and conversation first is more informative than choosing by a headline monthly figure.
What is free on Swipey AI?
Joining gives limited introductory access, not every Premium feature. Media actions and calling can carry separate Hearts charges even when you have access to the feature.
What subscription terms can I choose?
Premium is available for one, three or twelve months. Review the current upfront total, currency and renewal conditions, then allow for Hearts-based usage outside the plan.
Where do I cancel Swipey AI Premium?
Use the purchasing account and open Settings, Subscription, then Current Plan. Complete cancellation and retain its confirmation. The paid period continues; a refund review is separate.
Does cancelling also refund the last payment?
No. Contact support about the identified charge with the account email, date and amount. Requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved.
Why can a Swipey payment mention Nicosia or INVAI LTD?
The operator, INVAI LTD, is based in Cyprus and processor labels may include a location. Check the date and amount against the receipt before identifying a payment by its city alone.
Account & privacy
Is Swipey AI safe to use?
Chats are private from other users, but the service processes interaction data and can review flagged content. Protect your sign-in email and do not put passwords, verification codes or payment credentials into a character conversation. Read the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.
How can I verify a Swipey account or payment message?
Compare the address and request with operator information, hello@swipey.ai and your own account records. A logo or review cannot authenticate an unexpected link, code request or charge.
What are the steps for permanent account deletion?
Cancel active renewal first. Open profile settings, select the Profile tab and use Delete Profile with its confirmation. If access fails, ask support about removal from the account email.
Which sign-in should I use for an existing account?
Return with its email link or code, or the Google identity using the matching address. Another email may open a separate profile without the original history or purchases.
How do I put Swipey on my phone home screen?
Open it in Safari on iPhone and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. Chrome on Android can offer Install app or Add to Home screen. Browser use does not require a modified APK.
Does the character creator get access to my messages?
No. Making a character available to Community does not disclose each user's conversation. The creator does not receive your private history merely because they designed the profile.
