Begin in the companion conversation
Use the account with Premium, open the chosen companion chat and find the phone control. Review the first-call rate display before starting. Allow microphone permission only when you choose to speak.
The companion responds through AI even if its profile is associated with an adult creator. You are not placing a personal telephone call to that creator.
Calling uses Hearts per minute
Premium gives access to real-time calls, while the balance covers their per-minute Hearts cost. Note the displayed rate because the introductory explanation may not appear on every later call.
Check your balance when planning a longer exchange. A text message, recorded voice message and live call are different actions; an allowance for one should not be assumed to cover the others.
Review the record left in chat
Call Memory brings together duration, a transcript and the media received during the call. Relationship progress can also continue through the Premium calling experience.
Speech recognition and AI responses can make errors, so a transcript is not infallible. Keep account passwords, verification codes and financial credentials out of a voice conversation.
If audio does not work
Check site microphone permission, the selected input and output devices, and whether a Bluetooth headset or browser tab is muted. Another application may also be using the microphone.
Try to identify whether you cannot hear, cannot be heard or cannot start the call at all. Support can investigate more easily with the browser, device and a description of that specific failure.

Can I make real-time calls on free access?
Calling is a Premium feature with Hearts charged per minute. Free registration does not provide an unlimited calling plan.
Is a creator listening to the call?
The companion voice is an AI interaction, not the creator personally answering you.
Can I choose a voice for a Custom AI?
Yes. Voice is one of the builder settings, alongside personality and appearance.
