Processing can include account information, preferences, conversation content, outputs, device details and payment references. Full card information is handled by payment providers; required age assurance uses a verification provider.
Why processing takes place
Information supports sign-in, AI interactions, payment administration, support and safety. Flagged content can be reviewed. A chat being private from other users does not imply that no processing occurs to provide it.
Storage and other providers
Essential storage supports the application. Applicable consent choices govern non-essential analytics and advertising. Hosting, payment, AI and age-verification providers may process information for the service.
Access, correction and removal enquiries
Ask support about access, correction or deletion using the account address where possible. Retention varies with the record and legal obligations. Cancellation manages renewal rather than erasing data. Do not include passwords, login codes or complete payment-card information.
