Separate conversations for separate users
Messages, media and Memories belong to each user's chat. Custom AI begins private; publishing the character does not publish that history. The creator of a Community profile cannot read your conversation simply because they made the character.
Privacy from other users does not mean zero processing. The service uses account and interaction data to operate, and flagged content can receive safety review. Do not treat a companion conversation as an end-to-end encrypted store for credentials.
Check identity before trusting a message

A familiar graphic or favourable review cannot authenticate an unexpected link. Keep email login codes private and avoid signing in through an unsolicited direct message.
Consent and moderation apply throughout
Swipey is for adults and applies age-assurance and moderation requirements. Sexual depictions of minors and unauthorised intimate portrayals of identifiable people are prohibited, including in features described as uncensored.
A leaked file or unofficial repost is not a substitute for authorised content. Report a suspected violation by describing its location and the concern without distributing the material further.
Use the control that matches your request
Review a character before publishing it and keep passwords, payment credentials and verification codes out of chat. Use support privately for an individual account or billing matter.
Cancellation controls renewal, while account deletion and data requests address removal or processing. The Privacy Policy sets out collection and retention; legal records may be handled differently from a conversation history.

Is Swipey AI safe to use?
Other users cannot read your private chats through a public character profile. The service still processes interaction data and may review flagged content for safety. Protect your sign-in email, keep credentials out of chat and review the Privacy Policy before sharing personal information.
How can I check whether a Swipey message is genuine?
Match its address and request to the operator, published support contact and your own account records. Do not give a sender a verification code just because it uses the brand name.
Can a public profile expose someone else's private chat?
No. Publishing a character does not make individual users' conversation histories public.
