Choose a profile, then give it a direction
An existing companion gives you an appearance, a character description and an opening premise. Custom AI lets you make those choices yourself. You can begin with an everyday exchange or establish a fictional scene and the adult roles within it.
The conversation remains connected to your account so you can revisit it. Messaging, generating an image and extending a clip are distinct actions. Their availability depends on the account plan and, for particular actions, the Hearts balance.
Different origins, the same AI distinction
Our Platform profiles are created for the catalogue. A Verified Creator persona uses an authorised adult creator association. Custom AI belongs to the person who designs it, while Community profiles are custom characters their owners have published.
These categories describe the persona, not who is typing a reply. A creator is not personally on the other end of the chat or voice call. Swipey is not a dating service that matches you with people to meet offline.
Company and contact information
INVAI LTD operates Swipey AI. The company is registered in Cyprus under HE 458964, with its office at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Our support address is hello@swipey.ai. Use the email associated with your account when asking about access or a purchase, and explain the issue without including a password, login code or full card number.
Public discussion and private account help
Discord and X carry community discussion and announcements. A personal billing or privacy issue belongs in a support email, where transaction references and account details do not have to be posted publicly.
A review, Reddit post or advert describes a particular experience or demonstration. It cannot confirm the status of your purchase. Treat an unexpected Telegram message or sign-in link separately from the familiar name or logo it displays.
Questions
Does Swipey connect me with real dates?
No. The service centres on fictional AI companions and entertainment, rather than matching people for offline dating.
Who answers a creator-based character chat?
AI generates the interaction. An authorised creator association does not mean that creator is personally messaging or calling you.
Why use the same account on each device?
The sign-in identity holds your conversations and paid access. Returning with the same email helps you reach the same profile and purchases.
