Follow the current email sign-in flow
Choose Sign In and enter the address already associated with the profile. Open the message in that inbox and use its link or code to finish. Email access does not require a separate Swipey password.
Keep the link and code to yourself. A character, community member or supposed public-chat troubleshooter does not need them to investigate an account.
Select the intended Google identity
Continue with Google lets you use the matching Google email. Check the selected address carefully when the browser holds more than one account.
A different identity can open another profile with no record of the original purchase. Confirm the receipt email before buying again because a paid plan appears to be missing.
Check the inbox before requesting more codes
Look for a typing error in the submitted email and inspect spam, junk and other filtered folders. Confirm that the mailbox is receiving messages at all.
Use the current sign-in message rather than several older codes requested in succession. If it still fails, tell support the account address and what happens, without forwarding the sign-in credentials.
When the account opens but looks empty
Compare the displayed email with a receipt or earlier account message. Check whether the previous login used Google or email, and use that same identity on another supported device if needed.
A purchase or access enquiry should include the correct account email and relevant receipt. Support does not need a login code or private conversation history merely to establish which account you mean.
Questions
Does email sign-in need a password?
It uses a sign-in link or code from the email flow. Continue with Google is also available.
Can I switch between mobile and desktop?
Yes. Keep the same account identity so both devices reach the same conversations and purchases.
Why can I not see the plan I paid for?
Start by matching the signed-in email to the receipt. A second profile will not inherit another account's subscription.
