Check paid access and account identity
Start with the signed-in email and current plan term. Running out of Hearts is not the same as losing Premium, and an empty second profile does not show that the original account was removed.
Identify the kind of media on screen
A saved picture, an animated photo and a scene with extensions offer different actions. A control missing from one item may simply belong to another workflow, so review the item before spending again.
Separate publication from a private history
Publishing a Custom AI lets others find that character profile. Your own messages remain a separate conversation, and another user does not inherit them by choosing the same persona.
Record the specific failure for support
Note the feature, browser, device and point at which the result differed from what you expected. Add a receipt reference for a purchase problem, but leave out verification codes and full card details.
